Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment of staff at store level (Stewards, Captains and all utility staff) & support upcoming outlets.
Should be capable of using all channels to source the required staff and close within agreed time frame.
Recording every grievance of the staff and Speedily redressing of grievances.
Financial benefits administration like salary, statutory benefits.
Non-financial benefits administration like Uniform, Staff meals, ESI cards, UAN Registration, etc.
Daily Attendance Tracking & Reporting.
Maintenance of Staff Employment Dossier.
Staff Welfare Initiatives.
Discipline Management.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
MBA HR
Candidate should have about 2-4 years of experience in HR including the knowledge and ability of bulk and volume hiring.
Candidates should be from Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitality and Retail industries only need to apply.
